GCC Chief Strongly Condemns Al-Aqsa Mosque Storming

Kuwait city: GCC Secretary General Jassem Al-Budaiwi on Wednesday strongly condemned the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by groups of Israeli occupation officials and settlers under protection.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Budaiwi described the act as a "grave escalation" and a "blatant violation" of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as a serious provocation to Muslims worldwide. He warned against attempts to impose a new reality on the holy site, calling such actions a clear breach of international law and relevant UN resolutions.

He reiterated GCC's firm rejection of all efforts to alter the historical and legal status of Al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied Jerusalem, urging the international community to act immediately to halt these repeated violations and protect Islamic holy sites from all forms of provocation and desecration.
