Brussels: The GCC Secretary-General Jassim Al-Budaiwi engaged in discussions on Tuesday with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaya Kallas, regarding developments in the Middle East.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the conversation took place over a phone call where both parties explored regional developments and international efforts to advance the peace process. They also exchanged views on enhancing regional and international coordination to achieve security and stability, as stated by the General Secretariat.
The discussions underscored the importance of continuing support for calming efforts aimed at achieving lasting peace in the region and globally.
