GCC Chief Commends Saudi Efforts in Non-Profit Sector


Riyadh: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jassem Al-Budaiwi has praised Saudi Arabia’s initiatives in developing the non-profit sector, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to bolster the sector’s contribution to sustainable development. Al-Budaiwi highlighted the Kingdom’s efforts during the opening ceremony of the third edition of the “Ena 3” Non-Profit Sector Exhibition in Riyadh. The event was attended by the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, Ahmad Al-Rajhi.



According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Budaiwi emphasized that the exhibition serves as a strategic platform to foster partnerships and create an integrated approach to societal and developmental actions. He noted the GCC Secretariat’s participation in the event underscored its commitment to supporting social and humanitarian development, recognizing the non-profit sector as a crucial foundation for enhancing economic and societal stability.



The two-day exhibition is hosting 300 dignitaries from the non-profit sector, including international ministers and senior officials from around the world.
