Foreign Ministry Prepares for 12th Kuwaiti-Bahraini Joint Higher Committee Session

Kuwait city: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a coordination meeting Tuesday, in preparation for the 12th session of the Kuwaiti-Bahraini Joint Higher Committee, chaired by Assistant Foreign Minister Ambassador Najib Al-Bader.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Bader stated that the meeting underscores Kuwait's integrated institutional approach to enhance preparatory coordination for joint committees. This ensures alignment among relevant authorities and achieves outcomes that highlight the depth and distinction of bilateral relations between Kuwait and Bahrain. The focus is on advancing frameworks of bilateral cooperation and partnership across political, economic, investment, and cultural fields, serving shared interests and benefiting both peoples directly.

Al-Bader explained that preparations involved reviewing the implementation of agreements from previous committee sessions, examining initiatives and proposals to expand cooperation, and following up on decisions and recommendations. The meeting also explored new areas to deepen integration and coordination of interest.

He noted that the meeting unified the visions of participating government entities, enhanced institutional coordination, and developed practical action plans for the upcoming 12th session. This reflects leadership support while reviewing agenda items ahead of the session scheduled for next January.
