Kuwait City: Kuwait's fifth relief planeload departed for Lebanon's Rafic Hariri International Airport, carrying 40 tons of humanitarian and relief aid. The planeload, part of an ongoing relief effort, includes medical necessities, foodstuff, baby essentials, and blankets. According to Kuwait News Agency, the aid initiative was co-organized by Al-Salam Association for Humanitarian and Charitable Works in collaboration with the ministries of foreign affairs and defense. Al-Salam Association's Chief, Hamad Al-Oun, emphasized the continued commitment to dispatch aid swiftly to support those in need. Balad Al-Khair Charity Chief, Othman Al-Thuwaini, highlighted the dedication of Kuwaiti charities in providing urgent relief in cooperation with Lebanese humanitarian bodies. He disclosed that over USD 200,000 has been allocated to assist the Lebanese people, alongside other contributions.
