The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) announced the opening of a Customer Service Center in Zayed Town.
EWA said that pre-appointment reservations will open on April 1.
The Authority affirmed its keenness to develop higher quality services.
EWA will provide 5 channels to serve subscribers:
– Electronic services are provided through the national portal www.bahrain.bh.
– Customer services available 24 hours a day, including home visits for the elderly and special needs, via phone at the call center on the 17515555 number.
– Subscribers can access the Authority’s services virtually through the Skiplino application.
