Brussels: The European Union has announced its readiness to facilitate the resumption of negotiations on Iran's nuclear program. This development follows a statement made on Tuesday by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, after her conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Kaja Kallas emphasized the importance of renewing cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency. She highlighted that any threats to withdraw from the Non-Proliferation Treaty are counterproductive and escalate tensions. Kallas reiterated the EU's commitment to playing a constructive role in reinitiating the talks.
