Environment Fund Releases Newsletter on Environmental Goals and Achievements

Riyadh: The Environment Fund has released the second issue of its environmental insights newsletter, highlighting key developments in the environmental sector, performance metrics, and investment opportunities. This issue reviews outcomes from the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30) and assesses indicators related to the National Environment Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the issue also discusses local efforts to advance environmental development, including the goal to reduce groundwater consumption by 90% by 2035 and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. This publication supports the Environment Fund's mission to promote responsibility and foster an environmentally conscious society through awareness campaigns that enhance community participation and solidify environmental governance concepts across the Kingdom.

The fund remains dedicated to facilitating the Kingdom's environmental transformation by supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the National Environment Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
