Egyptian President Extends Congratulations to Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

Cairo: Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi extended congratulations to the State of Kuwait, its leadership, government, and people, on the 65th National Day and the 35th Liberation Day.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the greetings were conveyed during a visit by Secretary-General of the Egyptian Presidency Mohamad Yehia to the Kuwaiti Embassy in Cairo, where he was received by Kuwait's Ambassador to Egypt Ghanim Al-Ghanim.

Yehia affirmed the Egyptian Presidency's keenness to personally convey congratulations to Kuwait on its national occasions, underscoring the depth and strength of Egyptian-Kuwaiti relations at all levels and expressing hope for their continued progress.

In turn, Ambassador Al-Ghanim told KUNA that the visit reflects a "unique tradition" demonstrating the Egyptian leadership's attention to diplomatic missions. He noted that the presidential envoy conveyed President Al-Sisi's sincere greetings to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and to the Kuwaiti people.
