Cairo: Gaza's reconstruction plan, prepared by Egypt and approved by the recent emergency Arab summit in Cairo, will witness increased coordination with various regional and international parties, said Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly Sunday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Egyptian cabinet noted that this announcement came during a meeting held by Madbouly and Palestinian Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohamad Mustafa. The Egyptian prime minister reiterated Egypt's unwavering support for the Palestinians and efforts to rebuild the Gaza Strip, while ensuring that Palestinian citizens remain on their land.
The statement highlighted the agreement between the two sides to continue consultations and coordination during the coming period. This collaboration aims to support efforts for implementing the reconstruction plan and maintaining the ceasefire.
