– Kuwait’s Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Dr. Rana Al-Fares announced on Monday the launch of “EASY” application soon.
In a statement for KUNA, the minister affirmed the continuous efforts of the ministry with the coordination of 13 governmental authorities for providing electronic services via the application “EASY” (SAHEL).
She has added that the launch parallels with the government’s approach towards digitizing all services and transactions to render them faster, easier and more efficient.
The minister has pointed out that the application establishment is at its final stages before launch, preparing a call center and customer services section to facilitate it for users.
