Kuwait city: The Vietnam Disaster and Dyke Management Authority reported that the flash floods and landslides in the central and southern areas resulted in at least 90 deaths. Twelve people are still missing while search and rescue operations continue, the authority said in a press release on Sunday. According to Kuwait News Agency, Dak Lak is the hardest hit province, with 63 deaths and USD 343 million in material damage so far. The human and material damage are expected to rise further due to incessant rains, which are forecast to continue during the coming two days.
