DGCA Chief and Belgian Ambassador Discuss Civil Aviation Cooperation

Kuwait City: The Chairman of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Sheikh Humoud Mubarak Hamoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, engaged in discussions with the Belgian Ambassador to Kuwait, Christian Dooms, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of civil aviation between Kuwait and Belgium.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) released a statement on Wednesday indicating that the meeting, which took place the previous evening, explored mechanisms for advancing air transport between the two nations. Key topics included attracting airlines and prioritizing support for direct cargo traffic.

The discussions highlighted the importance of sharing expertise and training in areas such as security, safety, and air navigation. These efforts aim to enhance operational efficiency and further develop the air transport system connecting Kuwait and Belgium.
