The Constitutional Court on Wednesday declared that it delayed cross-examination into appeals against the National Assembly elections (Umma 2023) until July 23.
The tribunal said in its rule that it had taken the decision to examine the case, prepare for replies and hearing.
The court will address nine appeals.
The court had set July 5 as the date for examining the appeals.
