Kuwait city: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Dr. Adel Boursli, along with council members, engaged in discussions with the Head of the Fatwa and Legislation Department, Counselor Salah Al-Majed, focusing on cooperation in litigation procedures and achieving prompt justice.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions took place at the new Palace of Justice building, addressing mutual interests and legislative updates. The meeting included participation from key judicial figures such as the Vice President of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Saleh Al-Raqdan, the President of the Court of Appeal, Counselor Mohammad Al-Refaie, the Vice President of the Court of Appeal, Counselor Younis Al-Yasin, and the Vice President of the Court of First Instance, Counselor Khaled Al-Othman.
