Kuwait city: Bahrain welcomed on Tuesday the ceasefire agreement reached between Pakistan and Afghanistan in the Qatari capital, Doha. In a statement, the Bahraini Foreign Ministry praised Qatar and Turkiye for their mediation efforts, their role in strengthening relations between the two countries, and their contributions to promoting security, stability, and sustainable peace in the region.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Qatari Foreign Ministry announced Sunday that the agreement followed discussions hosted in Doha on Saturday between Pakistan and Afghanistan, with the support of both Qatar and Turkiye.
