Assistant FM: Kuwait Keen to Boost Coop. with GCC States’ Diplomatic Institutes

Kuwait city: Assistant Foreign Minister for Saud N. Alsabah Kuwait Diplomatic Institute (KDI) Ambassador Nasser Alsabeeh affirmed on Thursday the country's eagerness to enhance academic and training collaboration with GCC diplomatic institutes: Assistant Foreign Minister for Saud N. Alsabah Kuwait Diplomatic Institute (KDI) Ambassador Nasser Alsabeeh emphasized Kuwait's commitment to strengthening academic and training collaboration with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) diplomatic institutes.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Alsabeeh made the statement during an official visit to Qatar, where he engaged in meetings with senior officials of the Qatari Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Institute. During these meetings, he reviewed the institute's training programs and discussed the potential for joint workshops in various fields.

He highlighted the significance of enhancing coordination channels among GCC diplomatic institutes and developing training programs to keep pace with regional and international developments. Additionally, Alsabeeh met with officials at Georgetown University in Qatar to explore avenues for academic collaboration. Discussions centered around organizing joint lectures and activities, as well as leveraging the academic and research expertise of the university.
