Yarzeh: Lebanon's Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal, on Thursday received at his Yarzeh office, the Director General of Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), Fahd bin Hamad Al Sulaiti, in the presence of the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Lebanon, Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani. The discussion reportedly addressed ways to support the army.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Army Commander appreciated Qatar's ongoing initiatives to assist the military institution, which align with Qatar's commitment to the fraternal relations between the two sides and to supporting Lebanon's security and stability during the current exceptional circumstances.
