Riyadh: Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization Secretary-General Abdullah Al-Muhaidli signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Arab Administrative Development Organization Director General Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani to strengthen institutional cooperation and facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two organizations.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to advance joint efforts in training and capacity building, while promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise in institutional management, governance, and strategic planning.
Both parties affirmed that the partnership marks a step toward unifying Arab efforts and enhancing the integration of humanitarian work with administrative development, thereby promoting institutional sustainability to address current and future challenges.
