Cairo: Arab diplomats convened in Cairo on Sunday to coordinate efforts and discuss preparations for the upcoming 10th meeting with European Union (EU) policy and security committee ambassadors, scheduled to take place in Brussels on June 18.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the meeting, chaired by Jordan, involved Arab permanent representatives at the Arab League who were briefed on the arrangements for the upcoming gatherings. They also reviewed relevant final communiques, as stated by Ambassador Khaled Manzalawi, Chief of the League's international political affairs sector.
The primary aim of these events is to strengthen relationships between Arab and European nations and enhance cooperative mechanisms. Ambassador Manzalawi highlighted that Arab-EU cooperation represents one of the most critical frameworks of collaboration established by the Arab League with international blocs.
Representing the State of Kuwait at the meeting was Kuwait's Permanent Representative at the Arab League, Ambassador Talal Al-Mutairi.
