Kuwait city: Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah and Head of the Crown Prince's Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah welcomed a delegation from various Christian churches at Bayan Palace. The delegation was led by Pastor Emmanuel Benjamin Gharib, Chairman of the National Evangelical Church in Kuwait, and included representatives from the Catholic, Coptic Orthodox, Greek Orthodox, Greek Catholic, Armenian Orthodox, and St. Paul's Churches.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the church leaders visited to congratulate the officials on their recent appointments. During the meeting, there was a mutual reaffirmation of Kuwait's commitment to religious tolerance and the freedom of faith. Both parties highlighted the country's dedication to fostering an environment where residents can practice their religion securely and respectfully. This meeting underscored Kuwait's values of peace, tolerance, and mutual understanding.
