Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed a decree appointing Sabeeh Al-Mukhaizeem as the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy.
According to Kuwait News Agency, article one of the decree has officially assigned Al-Mukhaizeem to this ministerial position. The decree's second article mandates the cabinet to implement the decree as of its issue date and to revoke any previous orders that contradict it. The decree will be published in the official gazette.
