Al-Sudani praises the efforts of the intelligence Service men in strengthening the country’s national security

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Acting Head of the Intelligence Service, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, praised the efforts of the Service’s men in strengthening the country’s national security.

A statement by Al-Sudani’s office stated: The Commander-in-Chief chaired a meeting of Directors of Directorates and departments in the National Intelligence Service.

The meeting witnessed a review of a detailed report on the work of the Service’s departments, its activities during the recent period, and the progress of implementing its prepared security plans.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces praised the efforts of the intelligence Service men in strengthening the country’s national security, and their role in combating terrorism, inside and outside Iraq.

Al-Sudani stressed the need to make more efforts to develop the work of the Service and raise its level of performance to monitor the risks and face the challenges facing the country, and maintain its security.
