Port louis: Kuwait Ambassador to South Africa Salem Al-Shabli presented a copy of his credentials to President of the Republic of Mauritius Dharam Gokhool as non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Mauritius.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Ambassador Al-Shabli conveyed to President Gokhool the greetings of His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He also conveyed His Highness the Amir's wishes for everlasting wellbeing for President Gokhool, along with hopes for further progress and prosperity for the government and people of Mauritius.
Ambassador Al-Shabli reaffirmed Kuwait's commitment to strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries. He emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in various fields to serve their mutual interests.
