Dubai: Al-Kuwait SC defeated Lebanon's Antonine Club with a score of 88-83 in their second match at the 37th Arab Clubs Basketball Championship currently held in Dubai. This victory marks an important step for Al-Kuwait SC in the ongoing tournament. According to Kuwait News Agency, the match was part of a series of games featuring 16 leading Arab clubs. The championship includes teams from various countries, such as Kuwait's own Qadisiya and Kazma, as well as teams from the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain, Libya, and Oman. The tournament is set to continue until October 7. In another match, Qadisiya SC faced a narrow defeat against the UAE's Al-Nasr, losing 91-88 in a closely contested game that was decided in the final minutes. This loss adds to the competitive spirit of the championship as teams vie for the top position in this prestigious event.
