Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, received today, Tuesday, the new British Ambassador to Iraq, Stephen Hitchen.
Al-Halbousi’s office stated in a statement: “The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and confirmed the continuation of joint cooperation in various fields. Al-Halbousi expressed his wishes for success and good luck to the British Ambassador in his new duties.”/End
