Kuwait’s Ministry of Health said Saturday the new health insurance cards Afya-3 would be distributed to persons with acute disabilities as from this Tuesday.
This home delivery service is being provided in cooperation with the Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) and in keeping with the instructions of Minister of Health Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, according to a press release from the ministry.
For a beneficiary to access to this service, they can contract GIG via the phone No. 1811110 to register their data and arrange the date of delivery, the statement said, noting that the cards would be activated on September 17.
On July 24, the Ministry started handing out the Afya-3 cards to pensioners through 44 health centers across Kuwait
