The security services recovered 3 terrorists against whom judicial arrest warrants were issued from those involved in the Speicher crime.
The joint operations stated in a statement, “With a distinguished operation, diligent follow-up and a qualitative intelligence effort outside Iraqi borders, and under the supervision, follow-up and planning of the Joint Operations Command, the Iraqi National Intelligence Service was able to recover (3) terrorists against whom judicial arrest warrants had been issued from those involved in the Speicher crime and the killing of innocent Iraqi citizens.”
